We are a senior healthcare company servicing 30+ facilities in the Colorado area.
This position will be responsible for 2-3 communities in the West Denver Metro area
The primary responsibility and requirements of this position is to manage the human resources for a group of communities assigned. These objectives are achieved by performing the following duties:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversees and Approves assigned communities’ payroll
- Assumes the role of liaison between community management and Corporate HR.
- Responsible for recruiting using the standard processes by attracting key candidates
- Conducts orientation for all communities assigned using the standard orientation process
- Maintain performance improvement activities within the community departments assigned
- Responsible for billing, auditing, and processing of community employee benefits
- Provides ideas for process improvement to supervisor
- Provides employee relations guidance for all Tier I employee relations issues within assigned communities
- Escalates employee relations Tier II to supervisor
- Participates in the internal investigation process
- Handle ADA and FMLA claims, and discussing them with their Corporate Field HR Manager
- Demonstrate leadership, visibility, and trust among all internal and external business functions, facilities in which we provide services
- Responsible for Worker’s Compensation Claims Management
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of five (5) years’ HR related experience preferred
- Experience working within the regional HR arena
- COVID Vaccine Required or Valid Exemption
EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University or College preferred in a field of study related to HR, or in-process.
- Alternatively, some college in a related field of study along with at least 7 years progressive HR experience
- PHR certification preferred
