OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE:
The primary responsibility is to successfully oversee and complete the sourcing and purchase of major and minor equipment, supplies, and vendor services in order to support operations of Vivage, WellAge and their affiliates. These objectives are achieved by performing the following duties:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Essential Functions:
Perform vendor relations and management of vendor offerings
Act as a liaison between building and vendors
Management of the equipment rental program following established and defined standards
Oversee and manage the vendor accounts following established and defined standards
Oversee account establishment and crest applications with vendors and potential vendors
Responsible for new facility start up and manage facility divestiture process flow
Manage and review the vendor services and purchase agreements following established and defined standards
Responsible for sourcing medical equipment, durable medical equipment, medical supplies, vehicles, and new facility FFE
Interacts with and is involved with GPO
Coordinates group and large order buying following established and defined standards
Responsible for finance coordination on large purchases
Coordinates with facility purchasing for personnel and administration
Demonstrate leadership, visibility, and build trust among all internal and external business functions, facilities in which we provide services.
Other Duties:
Support CAO with vendor and purchasing contract review
Oversee e-procurement software program usage
Perform other duties as assigned
THE MUST HAVES:
Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred
Minimum two (2) years related and progressive experience preferred
Must possess a valid Colorado driver’s license
Ability to pass a criminal background check as well as Colorado CAPS background check.
COVID Vaccine Required or Valid Exemption.
