WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? 

As a Corporate Regional Human Resource Manager* with Vivage Senior Living, the primary responsibility and requirements of this position is to manage the Regional HR Business partners and overall human resource best practices in the assigned communities for which this position is responsible. These objectives are achieved by performing the following duties:


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Essential Duties:

  • Maintain performance improvement activities within the community departments

  • Provides guidance and ideas with daily HR procedures for implementation into the communities

  • Implements training to communities on the standard orientation process

  • Trains regional HR business partners on all standardized policies and procedures

  • Provides back up to selected communities for Tier II employee relations 

  • Escalates employee relations Tier III to Corporate HR Director

  • Demonstrate leadership, visibility, confidentiality, and trust among all internal and external business functions, facilities in which we provide services. 

  • Visits communities within responsibility on a frequent and scheduled basis

  • Participates in the internal investigation process

  • Establishes recruitment and retention committees, Acts as the chairperson 

  • Reports back to corporate HR director retention and recruitment ideas

  • Ensures compliance in all HR related activities

  • Monitors employee satisfaction via annual survey, new hire survey and exit interviews

  • Performs other duties as assigned

MUST HAVES:

EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum ten (10) years’ HR related experience preferred

  • Experience working within the regional HR arena 

  • Prior progressive HR experience


EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University or College preferred in a field of study related to HR

  • PHR certification preferred

OTHER:

  • Must maintain a valid, unrestricted Colorado driver’s license

  • Frequent travel is required for site visits

  • This is NOT a remote position

  • Classification: Exempt

  • COVID VACCINE REQUIRED
