WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? 

As the Korean Project Coordinator for Vivage Senior Living at Amberwood you are responsible for planning, organizing, interpreting, directing, and coordinating the Korean Program at Amberwood to ensure quality care for the Korean residents; will be an engaging experience for the residents, personnel, and physical environment.

MUST HAVES:


SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

  • Knowledge of current Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy practices and procedures including laws, regulations and guidelines that pertain to setting and population served  

  • Understanding of payer reimbursement and strategy

  • Knowledge of competency proficiency areas including patient care, program development, supervisory responsibilities, documentation and therapy software responsibilities, patient rights, and safety and sanitation  

  • Working knowledge computer and software applications used in job functions including Google, Microsoft office, and Rehab Optima Software preferred

EXPERIENCE:

  • Prefer two (2) years’ experience working with persons with dementia


EDUCATION:

  • Associate's degree in Nursing, Social Work, Psychology, or Gerontology is preferred

  • Colorado Qualified Medication Administration Person (QMAP) qualification (for individuals that are not licensed in nursing)

  • Bi-Lingual in English and Korean required

  • Adult First Aid and CPR certification required
