Currently Christopher House is seeking a Full-Time BUSINESS OFFICE MANAGER (BOM)/ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE at their 72 bed skilled nursing community located in Wheatridge, CO.
The primary responsibility of the BUSINESS OFFICE MANAGER (BOM)/ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE is to direct the overall administrative activities following current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern long term care and assisted living facilities. You are entrusted to guarantee the highest degree of quality care will be provided to our residents at all times.
BOM Ensure office operations run smoothly.
BOM may sort and deliver mail, create company documents and maintain the company's filing system.
BOM might also order supplies, answer phones and operate office equipment, such as computers, fax machines, printers and copiers.
bom must be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Written and verbal communication skills are essential, since managers must interact with and oversee various staff members and clientele.
BOM must have strong organizational, decision-making and multitasking abilities to carry out tasks efficiently.
- Must possess, as a minimum, a high school diploma. (AA Degree in Business Administration preferred but not necessary.)
- Must have, as a minimum, 1-3 years’ experience of nursing home business office experience.
- Must have knowledge of insurance procedures, contracts, etc., covering business transactions.
- Must have knowledge of office machines and equipment.
- Must be familiar with Medicare and Medicade billing procedures, claims, denials, etc.
